Itinerary Validity and Content
Itineraries provided by Edible Adventures are valid for the period indicated unless otherwise specified. Every care has been made to ensure accuracy. Edible Adventures shall not be legally responsible for any injury, damage, or loss caused by inaccuracy. Edible Adventures retains the right to change excursion arrangements or any other service related to excursion due to safety or security reasons, and will endeavor to provide alternative arrangements of the same or higher standard as originally booked.
Limitation of Liability, Release and Indemnity
To be eligible to take an Edible Adventures tour, travelers must accept these risks and assume full responsibility for any loss, injury, death or damage to them, their family or their dependents arising in connection with their participation, or the participation of their family, in the tours. It is the traveler’s responsibility to have their own insurance appropriate to their needs and the needs of their family or dependents in respect of such loss, injury, death or damage.
Edible Adventures is not a travel agent or hotelier, nor do we own hotels, or vehicles. The services Edible Adventures supplies consist of arranging and coordinating food excursions and enlisting the services of local partners for accommodation and transportation arrangements. We apply every care in the selection of reputable ground operators, vehicle operations, hotels, and other suppliers of the diverse services which are used in organizing food excursions. Because Edible Adventures retains no control over the employees, equipment or operations of these service suppliers, it is imperative to note that all bookings with Edible Adventures are subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations of liability imposed by the service providers whose services we utilize, some of which limit or exclude liability in respect to death, personal injury, delay, loss or damage of personal items, and/or inconvenience that may be caused by such. Because of this Edible Adventures does not accept liability for events beyond our control.
There are certain incumbent risks with traveling. These include, but are not limited to physical injuries, sickness, dangers from animals, food allergies, difficulties in the case of medical emergencies, etc. With regard to these types of situations, clients assume all such risks.
By making payment, you certify that to the best of your knowledge that you are in sufficient good health to participate in Edible Adventures’ programs and that any special medical or physical conditions or dietary demands that could affect your participation in our programs have been fully disclosed to Edible Adventures. You understand that health care facilities and services abroad may differ from those you are accustomed to, and may be insufficient for treatment of your health conditions. Please be sure to take all necessary medications with you when you join any Edible Adventures programs. Edible Adventures cannot guarantee the availability of special accommodations or handicap accessibility on any of our culinary vacations. Please contact us to discuss any condition that may affect your travel or that of other tour participants.
Edible Adventures reserves the right to decline to accept potential clients. Edible Adventures reserves the right to remove clients from the trip, at his or her sole expense, anyone whose condition is such that he or she could create a serious hazard to himself or others.
In consideration of Edible Adventures taking your booking:
You release Edible Adventures and its officers, employees, agents, licensees, and other representatives from all cost, liability, loss or damage incurred or suffered by you directly or indirectly during the course of the tour and resulting from your personal injury, illness or death or damage to or loss of you property unless caused by the deliberate negligence or wrongful action of Edible Adventures and its employees; and
You give up any claims you have, or may have at any time have, against Edible Adventures and its employees and you agree not to make any claim against or seek compensation from Edible Adventures and its employees in respect of any personal injury, illness or death suffered by you or damage to or loss of property incurred by you as a consequence of your participation in the excursion.
By submitting a deposit or payment of any kind to Edible Adventures, you are unequivocally accepting all of the above terms.
Privacy
Edible Adventures will not sell nor exchange any of the personal information you offer us. We will assist government agencies if required by law. This policy doesn’t change.
